  • Acts as operations and title support partner to Windrose

  • Provides: Title search coordination, Examination support, Curative follow-up, and turnaround and overflow capacity

  • Focused on accuracy, speed, and client-ready work

Stonecrest does not issue title policies. Our role is to ensure Windrose’s files are handled efficiently, thoroughly, and consistently - especially on time-sensitive or complex matters.

All title policies are issued by Windrose Title.
